Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Beautelle London, we are committed to providing a reliable, secure and efficient delivery service. Please read the information below before placing your order, as our shipping methods, delivery charges and policy may be updated from time to time.
UK Delivery
We offer fully tracked delivery services throughout the United Kingdom.
Available delivery options include:
- 24 Hour Tracked Delivery
- 48 Hour Tracked Delivery
Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders over £40.
Orders placed before 9:00 AM (Monday to Friday) are normally processed on the same working day. Orders received after the cut-off time, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery charges shown at checkout include packaging, handling and courier costs.

Please note that 24 Hour and 48 Hour delivery services are available for UK mainland addresses only.
Order Tracking
Every order is dispatched using a tracked courier service wherever available.
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may take several hours to become active after collection.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Beautelle London accepts no liability for delays, failed deliveries or returned parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address details supplied by the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee that delivery details can be amended.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed, please follow the courier's instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
Where parcels are returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or failure to collect, Beautelle London reserves the right to deduct any delivery charges, return courier fees, handling costs and any associated losses before issuing a credit note for the remaining balance.
International Delivery
We proudly ship to customers worldwide.
International shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination country, parcel size and weight.
Where available, all international orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and are provided as guidance only.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import VAT, customs duties, local taxes, clearance charges or administration fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included within our product prices or shipping charges.
Beautelle London has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Customs Delays
International deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance procedures, local courier processing, severe weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Such delays do not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.
Refused International Deliveries
Should customs charges be refused or remain unpaid, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, Beautelle London reserves the right to deduct all associated delivery costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, handling expenses and any financial losses incurred before issuing a credit note for the remaining balance.
Restricted Items
Certain beauty products, fragrances, aerosols, liquids or electrical items may be subject to international shipping restrictions depending on local regulations and courier policies.
If an item cannot legally be shipped to your destination, we will contact you prior to dispatch to discuss the available options.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Be sent using a tracked postal or courier service.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is incorrect, faulty or damaged.
Credit Notes
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
You may choose between:
- A replacement product
- A full refund
- A credit note
If no response is received within 48 hours, a credit note will automatically be issued.
All credit notes remain valid indefinitely and may be redeemed against future purchases.
