Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • It must include original tags and packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at beautellelondon@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at beautellelondon@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must still meet all return eligibility conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
